According to her mom, Tabby, Savana is back to her "goofy" self!  She started her home schooling again this week so she can keep up with her classmates.  She will be ready to go back to school, hopefully in April.  Savana and her heart are doing really well after her incident in December.  Savana and her family still need lots of prayers and positive thoughts, so please keep them coming!  Thank you!

Savana was able to come home for Christmas. Here is the article in the Wilmington News Journal. Our prayers are with the family for a quiet holiday.

Savana is doing better. They had switched one of her medications and it seemed to be working better. Her heart rate was down to where they wanted it to be when she is awake, it’s a little slower than they would like it to be while she is sleeping. It sounds like she is doing much better though, so I just wanted to make sure you were all aware.

Savana does NOT have double pneumonia, she does have pneumonia but not double. Her CAT scan was clear. They are waiting for the results of the EKG. She is being checked for seizures. They are working on getting her heart beat to slow down. It races then slows then races and it needs to be stabilized.  She recognizes the family. Tabby, Mike and Syd are with her.
